Job Title: Jr. Customer Service Analyst   
Location: Itajaí, SC, INEOS Branch 

 


The Position: 

The Jr. Customer Service Analyst is responsible for the local resale orders full management/follow-up, frmon receipt to delivery.  Orders collection/confirmation and proper set up in SAP for invoicing at third party warehouse.  Interaction with customers and local team for order planning and forecasting.  Set up outbound transportation.


What you will do: 

  • Manage customer orders, confirmations and order backlog.
  • Ensure accurate order set up pricing and invoicing in SAP.
  • Coordinate with customers and Sales on order planning and sales forecast.
  • Follow up product availability, import arrivals, warehouse invoicing, and carrier loading.
  • Process invoice corrections, credits notes and goods return.
  • Prepare daily sales, backload and invoicing reports.
  • New customers set up in SAP.
  • Participate in S&OP and Sales meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and SHE requirements.


What you will bring: 

 

  • Level of education & knowledge: 
    • High School, Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
    • Business understanding and product knowledge.
    • Foreign Trade knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience in general: 
    • More than 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
    • Logistics and invoice procedures.
    • Business understanding.
    • Experience working with SAP/ERP systems.
    • Experience coordination with customer and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical skills: 
    • SAP ERP.
    • Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
    • English language.
    • Demand planning and forecasting.
  • Competencies, Behavioral skills:

Compensation.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation decisions are carefully made based on the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

This opportunity is located at Rod BR101, No. 2050;  Salseiros, Itajaí, SC, Brazil.
