Job Title: Jr. Customer Service Analyst   
Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina, INEOS Branch.

 


The Position: 

The Jr. Customer Service Analyst, is responsible for the local resale orders full management/follow up, from receipt to delivery.  Order collection/confirmation and proper setup for invoicing a third-party warehouse.  Interaction with customers and local team for order planning and forecasting.  Set up outbound transportation.


What you will do: 

  • Manage customer orders, confirmations and order backlog.
  • Ensure accurate order setup, pricing, and invoicing in SAP.
  • Coordinate with customers and Sales on order planning and sales forecast.
  • Follow up product availability, import arrivals, warehouse invoicing, and carrier loading.
  • Process invoice corrections, credits notes, and goods return.
  • Prepare daily sales, backload and invoicing reports.
  • New customers set up in SAP.
  • Participate in S&OP and Sales meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and SHE requirements.


What you will bring: 

 

  • Level of education & knowledge: 
    • High School, Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in general: 
    • More than 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
    • Logistic and Invoice procedures.
    • Business understanding.
    • Experience working with SAP/ERP systems.
    • Experience coordination with customer and cross-functional teams.
    • Foreign Trade knowledge is desirable.
  • Technical skills: 
    • SAP/ERP
    • Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
    • English language is desirable.
    • Demand planning and forecasting.

Compensation.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation decisions are carefully made based on the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

This opportunity is located at Rod BR101, No. 2050, Salseiros; Itajaí, SC, Brazil.
