Purpose / Role of the job: 

In charge of spare parts management, plant technical document management, SAP related work as well as supporting the implementation of preventive maintenance plan.
   
What you will do: 
 
Safety
•    Adherence to INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines, and local regulations.
•    Implement safe operation procedures about maintenance related activities 
•    Carry out safety inspections regularly, identify and eliminate potential safety risk in the responsible working areas
•    Participate in the related safety activities including ISO, Ascare, 20P, lifesaving rule, etc. 
•    Participate in 5S, group communication, first aid, firefighting and other safety related activities


Maintenance
•    In charge of the spare parts data management, including planning and purchasing.
•    Assist the Engineers to use the tool named VIS, a scorning system, on the Spare Parts management to be sure the mechanical spare parts in stock are essential and available.
•    In charge of the daily related work in SAP including inputting the PR into SAP, goods receiving etc.
•    Assist the Engineers in preparation & implementation of annual mechanical maintenance plan. 
•    Assist in planning and executing PM - Preventive maintenance, PdM - Predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, Shutdown maintenance.
•    Weekly inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
•    Consolidate CAPEX proposals and record data. 
•    Partially participate in onsite mechanical and piping activities.
•    Participate in the RCA (root cause analysis, including Mechanical Electric and Instrument) to avoid recurrence of the problem and solve the long-standing equipment failure problem.
•    Participate in work order risk analysis and sign the work permits.
•    Record contractor attendance and ensure data accuracy 
•    Organize and file the technical documents


Quality management system
•    Participate in quality management system ISO9001 to ensure all related documents are updated in a timely manner and non-conformance records are avoided.
•    Review and ensure all documents related to other audits, such as LEAN and 5S, are updated.
•    Compliance with Environment Management System ISO-14001.


Required profile:

•    Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related.
•    At least 2 years of work experience in Maintenance of chemical/petrochemical plant.

•    Excellent communication skills (English & Chinese), initiative to identify and solve problems, work independently and with team spirit, think creatively in handling problems & be able to work under pressure.
•    Knowledge of Chemical Engineering and unit operation and technology.
•    Computer proficiency, familiar with AutoCAD operation
•    Familiar with machining processes, material selection and the application of standard part.
•    Understanding of Production processes, Polymerization- Batch/Continuous etc.
•    Able to understand and prepare P&IDs.
•    Working knowledge of SAP, Maintenance Management system modules. 
•    Knowledge of Plant equipment such as pumps, extruders, pelletizers, compressors, boilers, heaters, pressure vessels, reactors etc.
•    Knowledge of legal compliances such as Testing of Lifting tools & pressure vessels.
•    Basic knowledge in electrical HV/LV, VFDs/UPS, Instrumentation & controls, PLC, DCS and communication protocol.
•    Knowledge of management system of ISO9001, ISO14001 
•    Knowledge of PM
