Purpose / Role of the job:
As a member of the Global Site IT Services Leadership Team – responsible for Site IT sup-port and operations for all sites/countries in the relevant region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaison with the Business, regional managers and site directors regarding IT infrastructure services and support
• Provide leadership and guidance to Site IT Coordinators
• Manage all 3rd party services – on-site and on-demand for desktop, network and telephony services
• Responsible for global site server room management with close collaboration with Global IT Team
• Ensure all User requests support issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
• Assist Global IT, SAP, Server and Wide Area Network teams to maintain high availability of all business-critical services
• Assist in understanding the business demands and follow IT demand management process to translate them into IT solutions
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Business and external 3rd parties
• Where applicable, work closely with Site Systems Engineers to support the business in IT related projects or operational tasks
• Responsible for global License management and support local site with special local re-quired licenses to work in a compliant environment
Required profile:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short / medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
• Computer Skills
• IT Testing
• Works at an advanced level to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
• Project Management
