Job Title: Maintenance Specialist
Grade: KOR_H-Hobong
Location: Ulsan
- Level of education & knowledge:
- Preferential treatment for relevant certificate license about machinery
- College graduated in mechanical engineering department or related major.
- A knowledge of the international standard and specification for machinery and piping
- A knowledge of P&ID, ISOMETRIC and equipment drawings and maintenance process
- A knowledge of ERP system(SAP) to operate work order procedure
- Experience in general:
- Mechanical maintenance work experience +5 years
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are carefully made based on the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Maintenance and repair services
1) Maintenance and repair services : According to production plans, develop, monitor, implement and review the policies and procedures of maintenance services
2)Production planning support : Evaluate maintenance and repairing schedule to provide realistic and useful recommendation on production planning together with production team
3) Budget and cost control : Administer annual budget according to approval budget
4) Spare part management : Update and keep optimal spare part inventory focusing on critical facilities and considering aging equipment
5) Facility improvement : Review, monitor failure history and propose, implement facility improvement with cost effectiveness
6) Audit management : Prepare internal and external audit such as ISO, KGS, PSM etc.
7) Contractor management : Control contractors including outsourcing company and evaluate the performance of contract services
8) SHE : According to SHE requirements. Observe the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures
